The Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum by the Galleria will once again host the Gloria Shields NSPA Media Workshop. Centrally located in the heart of Addison, the hotel is surrounded by 160 restaurants and located very close to the Galleria.
The hotel is also conveniently located near both the Dallas-Fort Worth and Dallas Love Field airports.
The hotel features a resort-style outdoor pool and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The lobby Starbucks is a popular morning attraction for workshop participants.
Reserving hotel rooms
A special workshop rate of $113 per night is available for standard double rooms (two double beds) or standard king room (one king bed). Hotel rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13.5 percent) in effect at the time of check-out.
Advisers, download and complete the New Guest Room List. Then email the document to Sarah Caban or Adrienne Polisky at the Marriott. A separate spreadsheet must be submitted for each school reserving rooms.
If applicable, fill-out the Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax Exemption Certificate. Email the certificate to Sarah Caban or Adrienne Polisky at the Marriott.
After receiving the room list with the billing noted, the hotel will email the adviser a credit card authorization form via SERTIFI to guarantee the rooms. The reservation is not complete until the credit card authorization form is received.
School purchase orders must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Updates to the room list must be made directly with Sarah or Adrienne.
Reservations must be received on or before Monday, June 3.
