The Shops at Eastside, a walkable neighborhood center, is located across Campbell Drive from the Hilton. In addition to dining and shopping, the area is landscaped with a central fountain and outdoor seating areas on sidewalk cafes.
While the area is safe, workshop participants are encouraged to stay in small groups and to let your adviser know when leaving the hotel property.
Campbell Drive is a busy street. Use the cross walk and obey the traffic signals.
Additional food options are also available by walking under the 75 overpass. Again, using the cross walks and obeying the traffic signals.
