The Hilton Richardson Dallas will host the 2026 Gloria Shields NSPA Media Workshop. Located in the Telecom Corridor off US 75/Central Expressway, the hotel offers guest rooms with two queen beds and a conference center large enough to accommodate workshop classes and activities.
The Shops at Eastside, located across Campbell Drive from the Hilton, offers reasonably-priced food options as well as a 7-Eleven. There are also other options within walking distance along Campbell Drive.
The hotel is offering a special group rate of $125 per night ($142 when current fees and taxes are added).
We expect these rooms to fill quickly. Monday, June 8 is the deadline for booking rooms. In previous years, the room block has filled well before the deadline.
The following information must be provided for each room when completing the GSW Hotel Reservation Form:

First/last names of up to four guests per room
Adviser makes rooming assignments
May 1 — deadline for room assignments with accurate names
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE DATE:
Check-in time is at 3 p.m.
Check-out time is 11 a.m.

Credit card

Advisers please click on 2026 GSW Hotel Reservation Form to reserve rooms. The Excel form will automatically save to your computer’s Downloads folder. Fill out one form for your entire school group.
When completed, email the form to Marcia Bradley at the Hilton.
If applicable, fill-out the Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax Exemption Certificate. Email the certificate to Marcia Bradley.
After receiving the 2026 GSW Hotel Reservation Form, the hotel will email the adviser a credit card authorization form to guarantee the rooms. The reservation is not complete until the credit card authorization form is received.
School purchase orders must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
